Apple has announced that after just 28 days of availability, one million iPads have been sold. It’s funny that I woke up to this news today, I was just talking with my girlfriend about how successful the iPad launch was for Apple. I speculated that about 900,000 were sold. I aimed a little low with my estimate but the effect remains the same, this may be Apple’s most successful launch ever.

And, I suppose we don’t have to point this press release out to anyone who ever said that the iPad was going to be a flop. But I have a feeling most of us will anyway.
