Yesterday Apple was on location at “Jax on the Tracks,” a diner in Truckee, California. Bud Haley, Jax on the Tracks owner, said the following to the Sierra Sun:
Apple found us, they’re trying to show us as a hip and cool spot for the 20-something crowd.
Because of the secrecy of the product no pictures were allowed. If I was to venture a guess I would say that the product featured in the advertisement is likely the upcoming iPod touch.
There have been some considering the possibility of the tablet being the focus for this advertisement, but Apple wouldn’t chance a photograph being taken of the device just to shoot on location, it is more likely that an advertisement for the tablet would be shot in studio. An iPod is secret, but the tablet is extra-super-secret.
